Introducing the workspace dashboard — your research command center
Manage your token usage, projects, and workspace files from a single authenticated dashboard.
Beyond the chat interface
AI.RESEARCH.MY’s primary interface is instant message — that’s by design. But we’ve always known that some tasks need a visual interface. Managing files, monitoring usage, and organizing workspaces are better done through a dashboard than a chat conversation.
Today we’re introducing the workspace dashboard: a browser-based control center where users can manage every aspect of their AI.RESEARCH.MY experience.
What’s in the dashboard
The dashboard is organized around four key areas. Token usage tracking shows a real-time progress bar of your consumption against your allocation, with color-coded thresholds. Profile management lets you update your display name and change your password. Project visibility shows all assigned projects with their active status. And the workspace file manager provides a complete view of your directories and files.
File management
The workspace file manager is the dashboard’s most powerful feature. You can create new workspace directories, rename existing ones, and explore file contents. Each directory shows file counts and subdirectory counts at a glance.
The explore view shows individual files with sizes, and clicking a file opens it directly in the browser. This makes it easy to review and share the dashboards and reports the agent has created for you.
“The best tools are the ones that stay out of your way until you need them.”
Authentication and security
The workspace dashboard uses the same email/password authentication as the workspace file gateway. Your session is isolated from other users, and you can only see your own projects, files, and usage data. Password changes require current password verification, and all sessions use regenerated IDs to prevent fixation attacks.
